About
Table & Testament
Hi, I’m Lauren—a grazer, gatherer, and deep believer in the beauty of hosting and creating meaningful moments around the table.
I was born and raised in Boise, Idaho, and the Treasure Valley has always been home. I’ve grown up surrounded by the wild beauty of this place—the open skies, the rivers, the quiet trails—and that grounded, untamed rhythm has shaped not just who I am, but how I create.
As a child, my family was always gathering. Whether it was Sunday dinners, birthdays, or spontaneous moments with neighbors, our table was the center of connection. It’s where memories were made and where love was often served before the food ever arrived. That legacy stuck with me. Naturally, as I grew up, I found myself drawn to hosting, gathering, and feeding people with intention.
I’ve always loved trying new things—pulling together ingredients from the pantry and creating something delicious simply based on what my heart and hands felt called to make. It’s in the improvising, the layering of flavors and textures, where I feel most creative and most at home.
I created a Christmas charcuterie spread for our real estate business event and I loved every part of it. The styling, the flavor, the joy of seeing people connect over something I made. That experience sparked something in me… and Table & Testament has been quietly brewing in my heart ever since.
What started as a few styled boards for friends has grown into something deeper: a creative expression of hospitality, a way to serve others through food and beauty, and a celebration of the way God brings people together around the table.
Let’s gather well. Let’s taste and see!
